Aasiya Kazi Biography

Aasiya Kazi is an Indian television actress best known for her role of Santu Dharamraj Mahiyavanshi in the television soap opera Bandini on Imagine TV. Aasiya also played the role of Saudamini in Colors TV and Hema Malini’s Matti Ki Banno. She was also seen as Kastur Galla in Imagine TV's Dharampatni. She was last seen as Dr. Shweta Kapoor/Shweta Rishi Kumar in Zee TV's Hitler Didi.

Bandini (TV series)

Bandini was an Indian soap opera produced by Indian Television Czarina Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms.The Show aired Every Monday to Friday at 10:00 PM IST and later 10:30 PM IST on NDTV Imagine. The Show is the longest running Show of Imagine TV thereby completing 520 episodes. The Show is also the most watched and most awarded show of NDTV Imagine. The Show starred Ronit Roy and Aasiya Kazi as Protagonists and was set against the backdrop of Gujarat in Dharampur a village near Surat in Gujarat. The Show premiered on January 19, 2009 on NDTV Imagine along with another Show of Ekta Kapoor, Kitani Mohabbat Hai.

Maati ki Banno is an Indian television series that aired on Colors, based on the story of an orphaned girl, Avanti who is in search for her land, her family.
